Change-of-mind returns
For most online goods, you can notify Supreme Strike within 14 days after receiving the goods that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return them. You are responsible for the direct return postage cost for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise.
Supreme Strike standard branded apparel is made to order but is not treated by this policy as customer-personalised merely because it is produced after purchase. The normal distance-selling cancellation rights below therefore apply unless a specific product is genuinely personalised to your instructions.
Return condition
You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. If handling beyond that reduces its value, we may make a deduction from the refund where the law allows.
What we refund
Where the cancellation right applies, we refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Additional cost for an upgraded or express delivery option is not necessarily refundable. Refunds are made within the applicable legal time limit after the returned goods arrive or acceptable evidence of return is supplied.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Change-of-mind rules do not reduce your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract. Contact us with your order number and evidence where useful so we can arrange the legally appropriate remedy.
