2. Ordering
Product descriptions, prices, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before you place an order. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of acceptance/processing. Please check sizes, colours, delivery details and other selections before paying.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges are shown before payment. We use third-party payment providers and do not store full payment-card details in this theme.
4. Delivery
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally no later than 30 days after the contract is made. Tracking will be shown in your account when it is supplied to our store.
5. Cancellation and returns
For most online purchases you may tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. When the statutory cancellation right applies, we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method, subject to any lawful deduction for handling beyond what would be reasonable in a shop.
Supreme Strike standard branded apparel is made to order but is not treated by this policy as customer-personalised merely because it is produced after purchase. The normal distance-selling cancellation rights below therefore apply unless a specific product is genuinely personalised to your instructions.
6. Faulty goods
Your statutory rights are not restricted. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If goods are faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and evidence where useful. Legal remedies can include rejection/refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.
7. Equipment
Products marked Coming Soon cannot be purchased until ordering is explicitly opened.
8. Intellectual property
Supreme Strike names, artwork, graphics, photographs and product designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where the law allows.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom jurisdiction in which the business is established, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
